Thank you for everything you’ve done,
You’ve been with us such a long time,
You’ll be missed by everyone.

Your hard work has meant a lot to us,
And that, we won’t forget,
I hope you don’t forget us too,
I’m sure you won’t, I’ll bet.

Enjoy whatever you’re going to do now,
You deserve a well earned rest,
You’ve always been so dedicated,
We just wanted you to know that you’re the best.

You’ve been such a lovely doctor,
And now you’ve got to go,
